Delivery policy

No physical goods are shipped. Your website, files and credentials are delivered electronically to the email address given at checkout.

• Instant AI Site — published within 24 hours of payment, provided your logo, photos and contact details are supplied.
• Custom Launch — first draft within 5 business days; live within 7–10 business days after your content is received.
• Add-ons (online store, bookings, brand kit) — add 3–10 business days depending on scope; confirmed with you in writing after payment.

Timelines start when we have your logo, images, text corrections and any account access required (for example, domain or social accounts). Delays in supplying these move the delivery date accordingly.

Where domain registration or branded email is part of your order, setup begins within one business day of payment. Domain registrations and DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate worldwide — this is outside our control.

On completion you receive your live site address, admin access, a short training walkthrough and a written summary of what was delivered. Ownership of the finished site passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

We serve clients in Barbados, the wider Caribbean and internationally. Services are delivered online, so there are no shipping costs, customs charges or known export restrictions. Where local law restricts the sale of digital services, that law prevails.
