Privacy policy

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
• Your business details and the brief you submit to the website builder.
• Order records: what you bought, the amount, the currency and the date.
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited.

We do not collect, process or store your card number. Card details are entered directly on PowerTranz's secure hosted payment page and are transmitted over an encrypted TLS connection to the acquiring bank. We only ever receive a result: approved or declined, the card brand, an authorisation code and a transaction reference.

• To generate your website draft and build your project.
• To take payment, issue receipts and handle refunds or disputes.
• To contact you about your order and provide support.
• To meet legal, tax and card scheme record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

The brief you submit to the website builder is sent to an AI model to draft your site copy and layout. Do not include passwords, card numbers, national ID numbers or other sensitive personal data in the brief. Briefs are stored against your order so our team can build what you asked for.

Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment gateway and acquiring bank, our cloud hosting and database provider, our email provider and our AI provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We also disclose data where required by law.

Order and payment records are kept for at least seven years to satisfy tax and card scheme requirements. Project briefs and generated content are kept for the life of your relationship with us and deleted on request thereafter.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@tridentmarketing.tech and we will respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with row-level access rules. Access to order data is restricted to authorised Trident staff. See our security statement on the terms page for more detail.

We use only the cookies needed to keep the site working and to remember a signed-in session. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
