We design, build and deliver websites, online stores, mobile applications and related digital infrastructure. Exactly what is included in your purchase is the plan and add-ons listed on your order and receipt.

All prices on this website are shown and charged in BBD (Barbados Dollar). Prices are one-off charges unless a written agreement says otherwise. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee if your card is not issued in Barbados.

Card payments are processed by PowerTranz on a hosted, encrypted payment page with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check) authentication. Card data is transmitted over TLS directly to the gateway and acquiring bank. We never receive, transmit or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Your order is confirmed only when the payment is approved and a receipt is issued with a unique order reference and authorisation code.

Checkout on this website takes a single payment only. We do not store cards for future use and do not set up recurring charges here. Any ongoing care plan is agreed separately in writing, stating the amount, whether it is fixed or variable, the dates and how we will contact you. We confirm such an agreement within two business days and give at least seven working days' notice of any change.

You confirm that the content you supply (text, logos, images, product information) is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the legality of what you sell through any site we build for you.

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website and its custom content passes to you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and reusable components, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We do not build or host sites for illegal activity, fraud, adult content, unlicensed gambling, or the sale of counterfeit or restricted goods. We may cancel an order that falls into these categories and refund it in full.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and the courts of Barbados have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you paid, and it is recorded with your order.
